Pittsburgh Quail & Menzl Homestead is not responsible for damages in shipping, as we have no control over how USPS handles packages. Your package will arrive insured up to $100, please reach out to USPS for reimbursement. We pack our eggs in foam shippers.
 
Fresh and fertile Mearns quail hatching eggs from NPIP-certified pairs. We have many pairs from multiple bloodlines all over the country. We do not guarantee hatchability; however, we do test fertility before shipping egg orders. No returns or refunds accepted! We do not cancel orders. Due to the nature of the product and the ongoing pre-sale waiting list, order cancellations will not be accepted, and refunds will not be provided unless we are unable to fulfill your order.
***When it comes to hatching eggs and chicks, there is unfortunately no way to guarantee male-to-female ratios. The outcome is naturally random and can vary widely with each hatch.
Because of this, we do not offer guarantees on gender, and our policies do not cover replacements or refunds based on sex ratios.
